India is rich in various kind of resources but they are distributed among different regions :
Peninsular India is rich in various kind of minerals.
Northern plain have fertile land which is good for agriculture.
Desert areas provide the wind energy resources.
Ladakh area is rich Heritage and Culture.
East Indian states such as Arunachal Pradesh is rich in water resources.
Thus, we have to develop a plan so that each region is accessible to all resources as per necessity.
