Describe the positive aspects of diversity.

If you mean “diversity” in terms of having people of different cultures and ethnicities in a society, I think it gives us all a wider understanding of the human experience. Challenging our perspective helps us grow. It also reminds us that, though many human attributes, perceptions and actions are universal, we are not all the same.
