Explanation:

It is based on the principal of osmosis that the organic substances moves from higher osmotic concentration to lower osmotic concentration. When the food material is transfer from the the source to sink .The turgur pressure is created due to present of more amount of food material the water is taken from xylem into phloem and the turgur pressure increases which led to the pressure flow of the food material which is mainly sucrose throw the vessel and sieve tubes to low turgur pressure area i.e from source to sink . And the water passes back to the xylem.
