The process of making tea-
1. Water measured in the serving cup is added to a pan which is left in the gas to be boiled.
2. After a few minutes, when the water starts boiling, tea leaves are added to the boiling water and enclosed with the covering lid.
3. Tea drinkers may opt for milk tea or black tea. If going for black tea, the tea is served after straining it through a tea strainer. Sugar may be added or avoided depending on the taste.
4. If opting for milk tea, milk is added to the boiling tea. It is boiled again for a few seconds and served after straining. Sugar is added before serving.
5. Many people add ginger and spices. It is completely an optional step.
