Nutrition is the process of getting energy by consuming resources from plants and animals in the form of food.Nutrition takes place by eatinv food in order to consume energy.The food is then goes to our stomach where the digestion takes place.Digestion is the process of breaking food into pieces in order to dissolve.After being digested,it goes to the small intestine where the dissolved particles of food gets distributed to various cells in our body and the energy distributed goes to mitrochondria which is present in the cells of our body.As we know mitrochondria is the power house of the cell,it stores the energy which is given by the food being consumed.
