1. Wash and soak the beans. thorouly wash the beans,rinse them,and transfer them to a large bowl.......
2.Dampen a clean muslin or cotton cloth......
3.Put the green gram on cloth.......
4.Store the beans overnight.....
5.Check for sprouts.
