Dear Saurabh
How are you? Yesterday I landed back from ‘THE CITY OF NIZAMS’ Hyderabad. I enjoyed a lot. We saw many things like Charminar, Golconda fortress, Lumbini Park, Ramoji film city etc. I thought that Hyderabad was not very interesting but if we overlook a few places then it was not a boring visit too.
When I first landed at Hyderabad I thought as if I am in USA or England because of the clean and well maintained roads. Then I stared at the road on my way to the guest house to find out how the road was so clean. From our guest house we went to visit Charminar. I looked at the ancient building and the markets around it. I thought that it seems so beautiful in pictures and television but in real it looked very ugly and it was full of dust. When I climbed all the stairs (Which seemed almost thousands to me) I reached the top. Then I realized that climbing all the stairs was worth. My foot ached till the next day. Next day we went to Ramoji Film city. It was a huge place. There was a model of Eiffel tower, that was the thing I loved the most in the film city. I thought that it was a maze and we could get lost. But luckily we didn’t. Everything was so beautifully decorated that it cannot be expressed in words. Birla temple is something needed to be overlooked. On the way there were various stores which seemed more big and crowded than the temple. Actually we didn’t go inside the temple. It was followed by our visit to Salarjung museum. It was very big and crowded. As it was a museum I did not enjoy much. But the collection was very good. It was so big that we could not cover the whole museum in two day visit. I wanted to break the museum as I was tired of walking in it. Next was nizam museum. Nizam’s house was re built into a museum. He was very rich. I thought that if he was so rich that he can decorate everything with silver, gold and diamond then why didn’t he spend some money in charity. It would have been better and we would not have to visit such a boring place. Chowmohala palace was one of the worst. I have not seen such a bad place. But I have to admit it was very clean and that is the only reason I at least saw it. Zoo was one of the best. Everything was so good especially the sun bear. It was so cute and was giving nice poses to me and mom when we were clicking pictures. Lumbini park was a lake in which a standing Buddha statue is located. The statue was so good that I could not capture the whole in my mobile camera. Golconda fort is where we went next. It was huge and there was a shooting going on. I was more interested in watching the shooting than seeing the fortress. This is how I visited Hyderabad.
How was your trip to Kerala? Write about your trip. Convey my regards to uncle and aunty and love to Maya. I will be waiting patiently for your letter. Will you come to Riva’s birthday party? Meet you there bye.
Yours lovingly
Sunny
