we fail because of some reasons such as Lack of Persistence , Lack of Conviction, Rationalization , Dismissal of Past Mistakes, Lack of Discipline , Poor Self-Esteem , fear from tomorrow . All of that fear must of us or all of us but i will ask the question again but after my answer i will change your perspective to that . why we fail we are fail because of us or second personality . the personality which make us ego when we success or make us sad when we are failing of task your fear is not all previous reasons or you gender as male or female as your gender is word on paper not what you are or what you can as all of us are equal but your personality creates that racism your personality prevent you from stand up again after you failed in something . So your fight not aginst your fear but against thing bigger than that . your fight will be against yourself against your personality no one will beat your fear except you . To win the respect you must face humiliation also . you must win your respect in this fight not increase your ego or reduce from yourself . you must be the empower of another
