He doesnt understand his song bcoz she sings in scottish dilect but he from england, but he like his song and hear motionlessly.

Wordsworth finds the voice and the song unusually impressive although he couldn’t understand what the song was about but he loved the ‘melancholy strain’ of her. She was busy doing her work along with humming her song and little did she know about Wordsworth presence so the singing was natural and polished.
It was personally liked by Wordsworth because he was paying attention to her song and feeling it deeply without aiming to understand the lyrics and persuades passers-by to either listen her quietly or move further.
