constitution maintains relationship between the government and the Governor it maintains the interests of the citizens by restraining government from taking arbitrary actions the main aim of the Constitution is to provide a smooth governance for the Welfare of its citizens the constitutional principles differentiate between constitutional or democratic government to absolute dictatorship and monarchial govt.
