On day, when the seagull was on the ledge, he saw his mother tear fish and whet her beak. How he loved to tear fish that way, and scratch his beak on the rock now and again to whet it, and thus, was maddened by hunger. His mother then brought a piece of fish towards him, but stopped a few meters away from him. He couldn’t control anymore, and thus made a jump at the fish. He then began to soar downwards, and flapped his wings. Ultimately, he was able to control his body, and had his first flight!
