Answer:

Small intestine plays a vital role in the digestion of food. It is the largest part of the digestive system. It contains millions of villi which converts the solid food into liquid and the waste food is pumped out of the body through the anus. The digested food from the small intestine goes to different parts of the body with the help of blood vessels and the undiundigested ones is pumped out.
