HEY MATE_______>

The functions of each part are as follows:-

1) The right atrium links to the right ventricle by the tricuspid valve.
2) They only allow exit of blood from the heart through these vessels following ventricular contractions.

☆☞ Here is ur answer ☜☆

☆☞ HEART ☜☆

☆☞ STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION ☜☆

☆☞ The human heart is comprised of four chambers, two atria(upper and smaller) and two ventricles (lower and larger). These chambers are divided into a right and left side, each with an atrium and a corresponding ventricle.

☆☞The hearts function is that of a muscle pump. Oxygen rich blood is received from the lungs into the left atria from the lungs. This chamber fills to a particular pressure which opens the valve filling the left ventricle with blood. The left ventricle receives an electrical signal to squeeze and then pumps the blood out the aorta to the rest of the body so that all your organs and tissues are perfused with oxygen and nutrient rich blood. The deoxygenated blood returns to the right atrium of your heart via the inferior and superior vena cava( 2 large veins into which your smaller veins drain). This smaller upper chamber fills to a particular pressure which opens the valve filling the right ventricle with blood. The right ventricle receives an electrical signal to squeeze and then pumps the blood out the pulmonary artery to the lungs. The lungs oxygenate the blood and the cycle begins again.
