describe the structure of nerve fibre

nerve fiber has cell body called soma which is attached to axon. cell body consists of nucleus, granular cytoplasm called the nissl's granule. the cell body also has projections called dentdrites the axon has melin sheat and nods between it . it ends with dendrites like structure which joins it to another fiber.
