Describe the tissues that are found in the lungs (in easy language pls)

The lungs are covered by a thin tissue layer called the pleura. The same kind of thin tissue lines the inside of the chest cavity -- also called pleura. A thin layer of fluid acts as a lubricant allowing the lungs to slip smoothly as they expand and contract with each breath.

1. Connective tissue - Parenchymal connective tissue are component of alveoli .which provide stability to the lungs

2. Lung Epithelium tissue -which is a regulator and effector tissue.  it helps to recover local damage and act as a inhibitor to excess bacterial growth.
