Hi  . Urine formation starts in kidneys, which are bean shaped present n our abdomen region, and nephron is functional unit of kidneys, and all the major process takes place here.   First, the impure blood comes to glomerulus through renal artery   ,and in glomerulus by process called diffusion  ,all the essential things like vitamins stay in glomerulus and remaining blood goes to Bowman's capsule, from there in pct again filtration takes place and remains move to henles loop where absorbtion of water takes place them finally the semi urine moves to dct for reabsorption  and it will be stored in collecting duct, which later send urine to urinary bladder through ureter in mean while a chemical called vassopresin adds color and increase acidic nature of urine.                  Hope u got ur answer..........
