The types of Classifications are :-

1. Practical classification:- It is the Earliest clarification. And is based upon the economic importance of the plant varieties.

2. Artificial Classification:- It is also known as Sexual system of classification and is based upon one or more superficial morphological characteristics.

3. Natural Classification:- This types of classification is also called as 'Cladistic classification'. And is based upon the gross morphological characters and the evolutionary relationships among organisms.

4. Phenetic classification:- It is based upon the similarities and Dissimilarities and all the observable characteristics of the living organisms.
