During a fair trial, two groups or party comes to the court to present their opinion. Both the parties come to the court with their witnesses and evidences. There is a Judge in the court to listen both the parties and to analyse the evidences and to see the witnesses. The two parties present their proofs, evidences, witnesses in front of the court or the judge. The judge after analysing all the things gives his or her decision. The group or the person who is decided as victim or the guilty would be given punishment as per the court order.
