Hello friend,

You have already know the way the Himalaya protect the subcontinent from extremely cold winds from Asia . This enables northen India to have uniformly high temperature when compared to otherrrr areas on the same latitude.
Similarly the peninsula plateau under the influence of sea from 3 sides have moderate temperature.

The seasonal alteration of the wind system and associated weather conditions provide a rhythmic cycle of seasons.
The Indian landscape ,it's animals and plant life ,it's entire agricultural calender and the life of people ,including their festivals, revolve around this phenomenon.

These monsoon winds bind the whole country by providing water to set the agricultural activities in motion.

Hope it helped u friend :-)
