What is the message of the poem small pain in my chest

the msg is that we should respect soldiers who go to fight and should care for them they sacrifice their life for us and our nation without even hesitating bout themselves and their family. Doing this is great bcs sacrificing our life for others and even our own family is hard bcs everyone loves his life and even the family of the soldiers r really great mainly the parents who send their children to fight for their country.
