People who are flexible and are always willing to learn to go far and everyone likes those people who don't have 'I know it all' attitude. In order to grow this type of attitude is very important.

- Team Skills:
Working in a team is very important wherever you go. So this is a really good attribute which is appreciated by everyone.

- Adaptability:
This quality is one the most needed qualities when the person is not adaptable to changes he faces a lot of difficulties. So this is a strength!
