These conditions depend on the surrounding environmental conditions.If our surrounding area is unhygienic we are likely to get infected or diseased. For eg : Due to to lack of facilities and public health slum area could be really epidemic. Good public facilities also checks the spread of infectious diseases.
The three Rs ( Reduce, reuse and recycle) can be put into action.
There should also be good public facilities.
