cleanliness impacts national development greatly if the environment of any country would clean then surely the country will do progress.but if the country is not clean the progress of country will stop so the cleanliness is must for any country's development.
i can encourage my locality and city to adopt cleanliness by starting awareness programmes,educating people etc.

clean country will be best in  most of its fields because people do not get sick easily and people are all day working.
we can encourage our locality by talking to them about the benefits and doing it personally with them.
