An inter-school quiz competition was held on September 1 at K L E Society’s School, Rajajinagar, organised by Sulabha Nayak.
Sixteen KLE schools, from Malur, Belagavi, Athani, Hubballi, Nagarbhavi, Solapur, Haveri, Gokak, Nippani,Dharwad, Saundatti, Ankli and Gadag participated in the event. The quiz began with preliminary rounds conducted by junior quizmasters of class IX of Rajajinagar School. Four teams qualified for the finals. The Final round was conducted by Palak Kumar of Grey Caps. Students went through a range of emotions – happiness, regret and excitement but managed to compete against each other in a sportive manner. KLE School, Haveri, stood first; KLE’s M R Sakhare English Medium CBSE Stream School were runners up. The winners were awarded with mementoes and certificates by chief guest and principal of KLE Society’s College, Nagarbhavi, Sadanand Halegeri and principal of KLE Society's School, Rajajinagar, Melwyn Bobby Marjee.
