The action of breathing in and out is due to changes of pressure within the chest (thorax). This action is also known as external respiration, and is created by the muscles of the chest and the diaphragm changing the size of the chest cavity (and air pressure).

The Mechanism of breathing...
Human Take in the air throung the nose which pass through the nassal cavity and goes to lungs during this process the diaphgram goes downwards and the ribs move in outward direction. This is the completion of inhaletion or inspiration.
Then during Exhalation or expiration The ribs move downward and the diaphgram move upward making the air pressure greater inside the lungs this moves the air outwards...
