The statement isn't true for obvious reasons.First of all, those who raise slogans aren't the ones who go deep into the forests to kill the rhinoceroses.They are people living away from forests and woods with least chances of coming across a rhinoceros.
Now the people who do hunt this animal, have a term for themselves and which is "hunters."They, most of the times,have their lodging facility near the residence of their target animal, mostly operate at night for during the day light,forest rangers are always their to take care of trespassers.And the most important thing, they never raise slogans.
