Answer:

Take India, There are three large water bodies, Indian ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian sea. If you're in mumbai, the Arabian sea is a rare case of tsunami but very violent, because it can bring sometimes hurricanes which can possibly lead to earthquake, which lead to tsunami that goes till the end of Pune, people will be drowned maximum and the few dies in shock of tsunami. But in case of Bay of Bengal, over the coromandels, there are tsunami pretty common which lead till 50- 80 km only, which a few people can survive but not many. houses will be destroyed and people can't live anywhere.
