King of Laputan self concerned. He just cares about hurting the lower island. He is not at all interested in the Gullivers background. He is very well versed of the knowledge of mathematics and imply these laws in his fighting. He is brutal and selfish. He used Gulliver for his benefit. He explained hi laws to Gulliver and do not bear if some one breaks them. Even though he is tiny in his size but he sure knows how to use his power and how to punish who do not obey him. His rules and ways of doing things are bit odd
