Here given

a3 = 9 ⇒ a + 2d = 9 ....(i)

a8 - a5 = 6

⇒ (a + 7d) - (a + 4d) =6

⇒ 3d = 6

⇒ d = 2 ....(ii)

Put (ii) in (i), we get

⇒ a + 2(2) = 9

⇒ a = 5

Hence, AP is 5, 7, 9, 11, .....
