 =  \sqrt{1 + 4}  =  \sqrt{5}

(1, 5) (-2, - 1)

 =  \sqrt{9 + 36}  =  \sqrt{45}  = 3 \sqrt{5}

(2, 3) (-2, - 1)

 =  \sqrt{16 + 16}  =  \sqrt{32}  =  4\sqrt{2}

No this is not an isosceles triangle.
