Determine if the points 1, 5, 2, 3 and minus 2, 11 are collinear

1 \div 2 |x1(y2 - y3) + x2(y3 - y1) +  x3(y1 - y2)|
1/2|1(3-11)+2(11-5)+(-2)(5-3)|
=1/2|(-8)+12+(-4)|
=1/2(0)
=0
so,these points are collinear
