Determine the degree of the following Polynomials:
A)  \frac{4x - 5 {x}^{2} + 6 {x}^{3} }{2x}
B) (3x - 2)( {2x}^{3} + {3x}^{2} )

D)  {x}^{ - 2} ( {x}^{4} + {x}^{2} )

I) 2x(2 - 5x + 3x²) ÷ 2x = 2 - 5x + 3x²

therefore, degree = 2

II) (y-y³) = -y

therefore, degree = 5
