Given :-

  • Mass= 40g = 0.04kg
  • Length of solid = 80mm = 0.08m
  • Breadth of solid = 4mm = 0.004m
  • Height of solid = 3mm = 0.003m

To find :-

  • Density in kg/m³

Solution :-

As we know that

Volume of cuboid = volume of solid

→ Length × breadth × height

→ 0.08 × 0.004 × 0.003

→ 0.00000096 m³

Density = Mass/volume

Density = 0.04/0.00000096

→ Density = 4/96 × 100000000/100

→ Density = 1000000/24

→ Density = 41666.6kg/m³

Hence,

  • Density of solid is 41666.6kg/

NOTE : 1m = 1000mm & 1kg = 1000kg
