As we know that
★ Volume of cuboid = volume of solid
→ Length × breadth × height

→ Density = Mass/volume
→ Density = 0.04/0.00000096
→ Density = 4/96 × 100000000/100
→ Density = 1000000/24
→ Density = 41666.6kg/m³
