now,

Using the law of conservation of mechanical energy =>>

Work done by the horizontal force = Gain in P. E. of mass 0.03kg

also,work done= F×a

So, F × 1 sin 30° = mg × ( 1 - 1 cos 30°)

=>> F = mg × (1 -1 cos 30°)/1 sin 30°

=>>F = 0.03 g × (1 - √3/2)/(1/2)

=>>F = 0.03 g × (2 - √3)

=>>F = 0.03 × 9.8(2-√3).

(since we assume g to be 9.8m/s^2)

=>>F = 0.079Newton.
