x-ky-2=0
3x+2y+5=0
where a1=1 ,b1=-k ,c1=-2
a2=3,b2=2,c2=5
intersecting lines has a unique solution
so,
a1/a2≠b1/b
a1/a2=1/3
b1/b2=-k/2

1/3≠-k/2
1/3×2≠-k
-2/3≠k

the value of k is any real number other than -2/3
