Answer:
I was shocked when I did not find my science journal in my cupboard! The dates of the practical exam were already announced. The practical exam was just after 3 days. We were told to submit the checked science journals and guess what! I was not able to get it.
I searched, frantically the whole house - including kitchen, but it was nicely disappeared somewhere. My valuable 5 marks and valuable time to write that journal! Even my mom agreed to write the whole journal again, willingly! I was more worried about the experiment.
The days were passing on and my tension was mounting. Finally, practical was the day after tomorrow. I purchased new journal and decided to rewrite it. My whole time table of revision collapsed. But I had no other option, too.
Till late night, I finished off half of the journal but still diagrams were left. Suddenly, I heard a loud call of my name by my grandpa. He had gone to a pilgrimage. He entered my room and threw that book on me and said - 'Wake up young man, take this book, it did a pilgrimage with me.'
With a deep breath, I touched it - what a nice feeling it was! I sprang up and hugged tightly my grandpa.
Thus, I was relieved to get my my science journal before 1 day of practical exam.
Explanation:
Its about 2 years back, my friend Sam went
to the beach and was enjoying beach side
with his family members. Later, the kids who
were his cousins requested him to play with
them. So they all were playing volley ball and
few kids were making sand castle. While
playing when the ball was thrown in the sea
and they went searching for ball suddenly
they saw a huge turtle restless, bleeding and
making sounds as if he is crying for help.
They all stopped searching the ball and took
the turtle at the shore. When they checked
there was a metal thin coil stucked inside
his nose and all plastics wrapped inside his
mouth and in his nose. They tried removing
the plastic and the metal coil but it was
painful and the nose of the turtle was
bleeding hence they called the animal
rescue team to help the turtle. After the
team came, they took the turtle to the
animal hospital and he was taken care of.
Looking at the turtle's painful situation my
friend made his family members understand
that how harmful plastic is for nature and its
flora and fauna. And that's how he also got
inspired to avoid the use of plastic.
