The stomach
Once there was a meeting between the body parts. The body parts started arguing. The hands were the loudest in their complaints against the stomach. They said, "we work hard day and night". They perform every kind of light or hard duty but everything sweet and delicious goes down the throat into the stomach.
The feet also make a similar complaint. They walked the whole day. They carried and supported the body. They were over worked. The stomach did nothing but got all the food. How cruel it was!
The head asserted,"I hear, see and think. I also smell. But the stomach devours every delicious food".
The mouth said," I receive everything but pass it on to the mouth without keeping back even a morsel".
All other parts blew their trumpets and conspired against the stomach. They decided to starve the stomach by stop working. But after sometime when the stomach received no food they all got weaker. So, they were compelled to give up their evil designs
They realised that it was through the stomach that they got life and nourishment. Atlast they realised belly's importance.
Moral: Selfishness never pays.
