“Touching Friendship”
A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: “TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE.”
They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: “TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE.”
The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?”
The other friend replied: “When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”
LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND, AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS IN STONE
From that moment onwards, both of them realized their mistake and embraced each other and became good friends once again.
Moral: Do not value what you have in your life.
But value who you have in your life.

Prasad and his dog
Prasad was a thirteen years old boy who adored dogs. He always requested his parents to fetch a puppy and at last he got a puppy on his birthday. He was unaccountably happy after getting a new puppy.
Two years later, the dog grew up and was able to ran and bark so Prasad's parents did not pay attention to the dog as before did. They let the dog go outside of the house.
When Prasad went to the school, the dog was always waiting for him sitting on the floor and at the time of his coming home, the dog always welcomed him by shaking it's tail.
Once his dog had disappeared from the house. He thought the dog was stolen by someone. He asked all the neighbors whether they saw the dog but he could not find any information. He was very upset. Afterwards he saw his dog crying in a big pit. He rescued the dog and held the dog tightly to his bosom. Finally Prasad found his lost dog all his anxiety drained out and he was filled with joy with no bounds.
