ya its really a true and bitter fact
as when somewhere there is a thing of development then it also become a cause of destruction in someone's life
for instance when dams are to be built everyone knows that this is a development in that place
but other aspect of this
according to adivasi . local peoples .etc have to be removed and cause rehabilitation which is big issue for everyone
so in one time development is a constructibe idea but another moment it becomes a destructive for another prson
