1) Mr. Rohan Singh is the finance minister of India. To him development means increase in the profits if the country, meaning more income than expenditure, more trade, etc.

2) Mr. Basudev Jaitley is the Minister of Foreign Affairs. To him, development means good relationships with his neighbouring countries China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc., no wars, etc.

3) Ms. Shweta Irani is the education minister. To her, development means the bettering of the infrastructure of schools, better quality of education, more qualified teachers, provision of free education, etc.

4) Mr. Aryan Goyal runs a saree business, and to him, development means more variety of sarees, decrease in production cost, more customers, etc.

5) Ramu Panna runs a pani puri shop. To him, development means more customers.
