and the second part be 2x - 32
and the 3rd part be x+18
from the question
x + 2x-32 + x + 18 = 534
4x - 14 = 534
4x = 548
x = 137

therefore , first part x = 137
second part 2x - 32 = 2x137 - 32 = 274 - 32 = 242
third part = x + 18 = 137 + 18 = 155
