why Pakistan can't be called as a democratic country while the elections take place there???

Because the elections of 2002 were carried out under the supervision of military regime of Musharraf which actively supported MMA, an alliance of the religious parties of the country.This support was meant to prolong the military rule in the country

Lets see the current case of elections in Pakistan :-
1) This year the Pakistan's Army declared the head of the Nation before the election being take place..
2) This year too much Terrorists took part in the election behalf the face of other parties...
3).Women still lack behind men on the matter of voting...
4). Most of the decision are taken by Pakistan's Army and it's secret official agency ISI..
DUE to these facts we can't say Pakistan is a democratic country...
