ANSWER :-

6 {x}^{3}  + 8 {x}^{2}  + 4x  \: \div \:  2x

 =  \frac{6 {x}^{3} }{2x}  +  \frac{8 {x}^{2} }{2x}  +  \frac{4x}{2x}

 = 3 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 2....ans
