Hansol1: why does 5√3 comes
Anonymous: factorise 75 you get 5*5*3 so now as it is given root of 75 we take 1 of 2 I. e one 5 from two fives and root of 3 from one 3

Hi ,

Let the side of a cube = a cm

Diameter ( d ) = √75 cm

√3× a = √75

a = √75/√3

a = √25

a = 5 cm

Lateral surface area = 4a²

= 4 × 5²

= 100 sq cm

Total surface area = 6a²

= 6 × 5²

= 150 sq cm

I hope this helps you.

:)
