Method of Solution:

Given : Diagonal of Square = 12√2

We know that Diagonal of Square of Side = √2a

Note :

✏ Area of Square = (Side)²

✏ Perimeter of Square = 4 × Side

✏ Diagonal of Square = √2a

Here, a represent Side of Square!

Now, Diagonal of Square = 12√2

√2a = 12 √ 2

✒ a = 12 cm

Hence, Side of Square is 12 cm.

Solution:-

Given:-

Diagonal =
12 \sqrt{2}
All the sides of Square is equal and the angles are of 90°.

Taking side as x" cm.

By pythagoras Theorem,

 = > {x}^{2} + {x}^{2} = {(12 \sqrt{2} )}^{2} \\ \\ = > 2 {x}^{2} = 144 \times 2 \\ \\ = > {x}^{2} = 144 \\ \\ = > x = \sqrt{144} \\ \\ = > x = 12

Hence,

The sides of square is 12cm.
