We know diagonals in rhombus are perpendicular. Ie. <BMC=90

Also, diagonals bisect one another- Thus MC=9cm ,BM=12cm

In Triangle BMC-

BC^2=BM^2+MC^2 (pythogaras theorem)

BC^2 = 81 + 144

BC=+15cm (Since BC cant be -15cm)

Sides of rhombus are equal- so AB=BC=CD=DA=15cm

Thus the sides are 15 cm each
