Diagonals of a rhombus are 25cm and 42cm .Find its area and perimeter. ​

Area of rhombus = 1/2(d1×d2)

=1/2(25×42)

=1/2{1050}

=525cm².

Area of Rhombus =( diagonal1 * diagonal2 )/2

so

area of rhombus =25*42/2 = 525

to find perimeter

we know that side of Rhombus are equal and diagonal bisect each other equally at 90°

sov

side = sqrt{( 25/2)^2+(21)^2}

perimeter = 4*side

perimeter = 4 * sqrt597.25

perimeter of Rhombus = 4 *24.44=97.76
