⭐Nucleus it was first described by Robert Brown in the root cells of orchid cells the nucleus, also called director of the cell the most important part of the cell which directs and controls all the cellular functions the nucleus is generally centric but is peripheral in adipocytes and Basil in the columnar cells while in most of plant cells it is eccentric due to large vacuoles.
