Explanation:

Scene: The police caught the thief and they are in police jeep heading towards police station.

Policeman: Why do you steal; I don’t understand? God has given hands to do hard work and make efforts to earn, not for stealing things.

Thief: Sir, when you don’t know a person’s situation, then you have no right to lecture that person.

Policeman: Kindly explain. I would like to know the reason behind this criminal act. Whatever be the reason, stealing is not a good act.

Thief: The only reason is poverty. Poverty due to lack of opportunity to do a good work. I am willing to work but no one is ready to give me work. That is the problem. I remember the day when I was working under a Jeweller. He made me work for two months and did not pay a single penny by saying that my work is not as per his standards.

This is the reason why I stole jewellery from his shop. He is not a nice man at all.

Policeman: You have a good point. What jeweller did was wrong and what you did is wrong too. Hence, you both are at par, right? Though you stole for your living and for taking revenge, but you will never know when this stealing will become your habit or you find other reasons too, for stealing.

You are a good man. I am releasing you but promise me, you won’t go in wrong path.

Thief: Sir, you proved that there are good persons also in this world. I promise, I will never ever steal.
