Child- Doctor why I am getting I'll again and again.

Doctor- please tell me about your first plan.

child- before going to school I drink a glass of milk after coming from school i eat chips , pizza, pastry, soft drink and sleep . at night I eat rice and whatever is cooked at home.

Doctor-That's the only reason you are getting sick.because of your unbalanced diet.you need to have balanced diet.

child- what is a balanced diet?doctor.

Doctor- Intaking all the vitamins, protines, carbohydrates, minerals etc. in right quantity is a balanced diet. which helps you to grow , nourish , repair and makes you active.

child- Okay doctor from now I will follow a balanced diet.
